One Month Old and Already a Model

Sheridan turned one month this week. We had her one month check up on Wednesday and she already weighs 7 lbs 2 ounces! She is gaining more than an ounce a day - the doctor said we no longer need to wake her to feed her and that she would be comfortable with her sleeping 8 hours at night....yeah, so would we :)

She has grown an inch and is now 20.5" long. We went to Janine's studio today to pick out some larger prints for the new house and when we pulled up we were so excited to see a large print of Sheridan in the front of Janine's shop! That's her all the way on the left.



I can't believe how much she is changing already - she is really starting to focus and make eye contact....it is so fun! She is also starting to smile and is spending more and more time awake with us.

We made a trip out to the house today. All of our light fixtures are up and the floor in the bathrooms and laundry room has been laid. The counter tops are also in in the kitchen. We will probably make another trip out this weekend....the carpet is installed on May 1st.
