So, we can officially announce that Sheridan has taken her first steps! She has taken a couple for me and a few for daddy. We have been continuously trying to capture the moment on video but Sheridan usually just stands there, laughs and then kneels down to crawl - it is pretty funny. I have several outtakes, we will keep trying - here is one where we did actually get one little step out of her.

Oh the fun we'll have!

Happy Early Easter! The Easter Bunny came early to grandma and grandpa's and he brought a way fun house for Sheridan to play in this summer! You could already tell from the 45 minutes we spent playing in it today that it will definately keep her entertained. She had so much fun opening the door and walking around inside and there is even a life like phone - and we know how much she likes phones. Thank you Gma and Gpa!!!

We also went and saw the Easter Bunny today, not quite as much excitement to meet him - see the photo below. I'm so excited to finally put Sheridan in her Easter dress tomorrow, we have had it for weeks. I will post more photos after tomorrow. Happy Easter everyone!

Like Mother Like Daughter

Sheridan has really started to mimick everything that we do lately. It has become quite clear to me how often I must talk on the phone because she loves to hold the phone (or really anything for that matter) up to her ear. She chats away with whoever happens to be on the other line. While getting ready the other morning she grabbed my cell phone and just held it at her ear for the like 10 minutes, it was the funniest thing. Another thing she loves to do is pull wipes or kleenex's out of the box - the other day while cooking breakfast she had managed to pull the wipes box off the end table, open it and pull about half the wipes out onto the floor - such simple entertainment.
