Giddy Up!

Oh the things a daddy will do....Jon had Sheridan all day last Friday. He was so proud to show me some of the pictures he captured during their day, this one was my favorite - Stallone apparently sat there for a good 2-3 minutes while Sheridan sat aboard before she got bored and hopped off. As frustrating as he can be at times, I know Sheridan will always remember how much fun it was to have a dog growing up!

This week Jenny, Abi and Maddi Mumm made a trip from Texas to Omaha. Sheridan had so much fun playing with the girls! I put together a mini scrapbook of some of the fun we had.

My New House

Sheridan has so much fun in Grandma's back yard, we had to get a playhouse for ours too! I don't know what was more fun watching Sheridan play in the house for the first time or watching Jon squeeze in for assembly :)

A Fabulous First Family Vacation

We have taken a couple of quick trips as a family to Kansas City to visit family, but this was our first official "vacation" as a family. We went to MN to do some shopping and visit my friend Alyssa and her new baby Lydia. The first half of the trip we spent in Edina visiting Mall of America and Ikea and spending some time in our hotel which had an olympic size pool and this fabulous play area for kids. This was Sheridan's first experience in a swimming pool, even though the water was cold she seemed to really enjoy splashing around. We also had some good times in the large inflatable jumping toys. Sheridan was really interested in Lydia, maybe that's a sign we are ready for baby number two?? Some pictures from our fabulous first family vacation are below!
